FRONT STREET FOODS: Grilled cheese tastes better when you just add bacon!

So today, the weather was pretty shitty around lunch time. Y’know, it was all cloudy ‘n rainy ‘n shit. Today was not a day to be eating ice cream—but a pretty decent day for a grilled cheese sandwich:

OK, let’s break it down. The bread is grilled perfectly, nice and crispy. You’ve got lotsa ooey, gooey, local white cheddar oozing all over the place…but the bacon is what makes it. Nice and thick, but still with a nice chew. All that’s missing is the tomato soup!
